Robert Buelow

Rob joined GEMB in 2008 and serves as the junior loan officer for the Tellem/Hinds/Eisner ("THE") production team. Prior to joining the company, Rob worked as an analyst in the Los Angeles office of Morgan Stanley's CMBS division, where he also interned in college before accepting a full-time position upon graduation. Rob graduated with honors with a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business in May 2007, and is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

As part of the THE production team at GEMB, Rob has successfully underwritten, sourced, and closed over 80 transactions totaling over $500MM across all property types and lending institutions. Rob is intimately familiar with the underwriting standards and closing processes for numerous life insurance companies, CMBS shops, banks, and agency lenders.
