Michael Presser

Mr. Presser joined GEMB in June 2003 as part of the loan origination team, which includes David Tellem, Steven Hinds, and Brian Eisner. Mr. Presser has closed in excess of $500 million of loans since joining the company in 2003. Mr. Presser started at GEMB upon receiving his MBA from The Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, in which his studies were focused on real estate & finance. Prior to joining GEMB, Mr. Presser was a successful entrepreneur, establishing a private personal training gymnasium in Pacific Palisades, Ca. Mr. Presser started the business in 1998, and operated it while he earned his MBA at UCLA, which he subsequently sold upon joining GEMB. Mr. Presser attended UCLA for his undergraduate studies as well, and graduated in June 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Mr. Presser married his wife Tanya in 2003 who is also a graduate of The Anderson Graduate School of Management as well as the U.S. Naval Academy.
