Kelley Griner

Kelley Griner serves as Vice President / Loan Servicing Manager for George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company.

Ms. Griner joined GEMB's Newport Beach office in 2004 where she facilitated the closings of GEMB's Correspondent Life Insurance Company loans.

In 2005, Ms. Griner joined the team of Jeff Hudson in the Los Angeles office as an underwriter and closer. From 2005 through 2008, Ms. Griner closed over $1.2B in loan proceeds for an assortment of lender and property types with Mr. Hudson.

In 2008, Ms. Griner transitioned to Manager of the GEMB Loan Servicing Department. There she manages a loan portfolio of nearly $1B comprised of Life Insurance Company, CMBS, Bank and Private debt on a variety of property types located throughout the United States.

Ms. Griner received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Literature from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, where she graduated with Honors.
