Kevin Dinneen

Kevin Dinneen joined George Elkins Mortgage Banking in the spring of 2005. Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara. After graduating, he expressed a strong interest in sales and finance and decided to obtain his Real Estate Sales License. He is also a current member of UC Santa Barbara's Alumni Association.

He began working for George Elkins in one of their satellite offices in Santa Barbara. While there, he assisted senior loan officers in all aspects of finance; including the underwriting, placement, and closing of loan transactions. He began working in the Los Angeles office in January 2008. Since his arrival to the Los Angeles office, he has worked as an originator and as part of the origination teams for Jeff Hudson, By Cartmell, Denise Spinelli, and Marc Scott. The majority of the financing that he has recently arranged has been with GEMB's correspondent Life Insurance Companies and Agency deals for larger multi-family properties.
