David Tellem

Dave Tellem has financed over $4 billion in commercial properties during his career as a mortgage banker. Dave has been with George Elkins since 1994 and is a Principal of the company. Dave started his mortgage banking career with The Lomas & Nettleton Company financing medical facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Later was Regional Manager with Colonial Mortgage (now Berkadia). His experience also includes Manager of National Lending for Financial Corporation of America (American Savings) and an owner/partner of Real Estate Capital Group, a firm that was sold to John Burnham in 1990. Dave is a graduate of San Fernando Valley State College (now CSUN).
