Denise Spinelli

Denise Spinelli was associated with Elkins through its prior ownership by First Bank of Beverly Hills ("First Bank"). At First Bank, Denise acted in the capacity of Commercial Loan Analyst/Marketing Assistant. She also worked hand-in-hand with the Loan Officers promoting the bank's programs and meeting with brokers and mortgage bankers.

Prior to joining First Bank, Denise began her career in Real Estate working for Countrywide Home Loans' Construction Lending Department. Her duties entailed underwriting construction loans and handling work-out loans.

Denise earned her Bachelors degree in Business Management at Bernard Baruch College in New York City. She attends the UCLA Extension Program for continuing education credits in Real Estate.
